Before stepping into entertainment full time, Cameron worked in policing, including undercover roles, and that real-world background now shapes the way he reads a room, controls attention and creates moments that leave a lasting impression. Before conference stages, my work involved walking into rooms where the stakes were real, reading people in seconds, and making decisions under pressure. That chapter ended after a near-death incident and a long rebuild that included living with PTSD. What came out the other side wasn’t a motivational script, but a deeper understanding of resilience, attention and human behaviour when things matter.
