Biography
Oompa Rockstar is the Oktoberfest party band that nobody saw coming — and nobody forgets.
Performing as a fully costumed 3–5 piece outfit featuring clarinet and saxophone, accordion, tuba, drums, and a powerhouse vocalist, Oompa Rockstar delivers a high-energy show designed to turn any event into the party of the year.
The band combines traditional German and Oktoberfest favourites such as the Beer Barrel Polka and the Chicken Dance with an unexpected twist: polka versions of rock and pop anthems from artists including Bon Jovi, Nirvana, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. And yes — they do play Pink Pony Club.
Having entertained crowds at corporate Oktoberfest celebrations for major companies as well as countless clubs, pubs and private events, Oompa Rockstar has built a reputation for creating wildly interactive performances filled with audience participation, games and plenty of silliness.
The band can provide its own professional PA and lighting package when required, making them a complete entertainment solution for festivals, corporate functions, clubs, breweries and private celebrations alike.
